We are
Magnetic.
We’ve Supported Countless Organizations in Building Their Brands and Connecting With Their Customers.
As the marketing landscape evolved, so did our company. Founded in 2011 as a content marketing agency, helping businesses stand out through compelling storytelling and content, we focused on planning, activating and operationalizing against the complex challenges the modern era of content marketing introduced. Today, Magnetic offers much more than content — we deliver full-spectrum marketing support, designed to meet the dynamic needs of small and medium-sized businesses.
Our team is made up of seasoned, entrepreneurial business leaders, strategists, data-driven marketers, creative thinkers and media experts, united by a passion for helping businesses grow. We understand the challenges SMBs face: limited in-house expertise, budget constraints, and the need to compete with larger players. By offering flexible, fractional, and supplementary services, we become an extension of your team — delivering strategic guidance, experienced execution, and measurable results.
Consortium Leadership

david germano
David created Magnetic Content Studios in 2011, a division of Empower MediaMarketing, one of the largest independent media agencies in the United States. Prior to launching Magnetic, David held director level positions with Barefoot Proximity and Digital Intelligence Group, now MKTG.
David created Magnetic to serve brands in building out and supporting complex, content marketing operations, requiring integration of important investments in content development, technology, data, analytics and media. David has been in innovator and champion of helping brands outsource more effective marketing solutions, that drive results and efficiencies.
